Skagit River RV & Camping Policies

We are happy you chose to stay at our park and look forward to hosting your visit.  The following outlines our policies and camp rules. 

We are a small park and when you reserve, your reservation means we are holding that space for you. 

We take 50% deposit up front through a credit card which is not refundable. 

We will charge your credit card the remaining 50% two weeks before your arrival. 

If you cancel more than 14 days before your stay, we will not charge the remaining 50%.

We don't have a minimum night stay requirement.

We take pride in keeping our facilities clean and well-maintained. Our restrooms and showers are newly renovated and always spotless, and our laundry facilities are available for your convenience.

Our office hours are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Your check out is by 11:00 am and check in is between 3:00 – 6:00 pm. Please contact our property manager if you need to discuss any other accommodation.

All guests must check in at the office. Any guests that are not on the reservation must depart by 10:00pm. 

Please be respectful of other guests and observe quiet time between the hours of 10pm and 7am. 

There are no fireworks or explosives permitted on the property. We lock our bathrooms, and you will be given an access code. 

There is a car maximum of two per tent sites. Any additional cars or vehicle will be charged and must be parked in overflow depending on availability. 

Our WIFI works great for email and browsing but not for streaming. You should bring your own hotspot for streaming. 

Parents are responsible for the safety and supervision of your children. Please do not cut through the RV and camp sites and watch for incoming or outgoing vehicles. 

All minors must be at their campsite at dark.  

Pets must be registered on your reservation and must be on a leash at all times. They cannot be left unattended. Please be respectful of other guests and dispose your bagged waste in the trash bins. 

We accept dogs under 50lbs and must be non-aggressive bread. 

Firewood is available for sale. Please observe the fire bans. Do not move firepits and you are responsible for any damage to park property or fire pits. They must be attended at all times. 

Alcohol must be confined to your campsite and consumed by those of legal drinking age.  

Our restrooms are newly renovated for our guest. We appreciate you helping to keep them clean and functioning by not letting water run unnecessarily and not flushing things down the toilets that are not intended. 

Skagit River RV & Camping is not responsible for any personal property or property damage that happens while you are on the resort.

Management reserves the right to modify or change any of the rules at any time as needed to ensure the safety and care of our guests.
